Hand Wheels (also called Balance Wheels)

Well, after much shuffling and heaving and swearing, I decided that huge stock (5 boxes too heavy to lift!) of hand wheels was a total waste of time, as I sell only about 3 a year, and almost all of those spoked Singer wheels.. So, this is what I have left.. Recycled, folks, not thrown away
And then some more arrived, but still not that many, beginning of April 2021 (and here we are 4 years on, and another trebling of the stock, another hot evening in the attic, and yet more yetmores... Grrrr)

You need one of these if you are going to convert to a handcrank...
Limited stock. Better than the images, though...
NOTE:- You don't need to change out a solid wheel to use a treadle, the weight difference is very small and your bobbin winder will give you conniption fits, if you get it to work at all
Thinking of converting a 201-2 or a 201k2 (potted motor) to crank? Don't bother, it requires huge engineering skills (the shaft is different, for a start) and there are lots of much-more-suitable machines around...
